Simply put, we love food, we love to eat it and to make it. We also really like to know where our food comes from and what is in it. And so, we are guided by a few key principles;

Suppliers
We only procure directly from farmers and producers. No intermediaries.

Ingredients
Properly pasture raised meats with no antibiotics or growth hormones used. Truly outdoor living. And in general, no preservatives or artificial additives are used in our food.

Our Kitchen
We make everything from scratch. Everything!

We currently stock the full ranges of Bacon and Bangers, Authentic Food and Teacakes products as well as new and wholesome The Little Deli offerings. Now open to the public 7 days a week.
